On July 19, Enumclaw High School received a free security system upgrade from Convergint’s local Seattle Technology Center as part of the company’s STEP UP for Schools Initiative.
This security upgrade will help improve campus surveillance, communications, and access control systems – as well as providing critical cleanup and infrastructure maintenance – aligning with and upholding the Enumclaw School District's ongoing commitment to fostering a safe learning environment and student well-being. This includes the installation of upgraded surveillance, intercom and gate locking mechanisms.
Convergint colleagues, family members and friends from Convergint’s Seattle Technology Center, and technology partner personnel, participated in the project on July 19 – donating their time, money, supplies and labor. Six of Convergint’s Technology Solution Partners donated more than 50K in labor and technology upgrades, to advance security posture at this campus. As of Friday, June 7, 2024, more than 100 security and life safety projects have been completed by Convergint and donated to schools through this program.
We are incredibly grateful for the work done by Convergint, their generous donation of labor and materials have improved the Enumclaw High School campus and it is ready to welcome students back this month!
